I am sure as we are becoming more and more prone towards technology we will have to move towards yoga and all.
This will give us inner peace and also energy to do better in our field.
After reading your post I do feel that I will be able to get the benefit from this.
This one is sounding really effective. Lets see whether this one is or not. I will try it for two weeks.
Today health is quite important. I saw so many people who is doing pumping their body in the gym and later in the old age they suffer from join pains and all.
